Since 2021, Marquin Salon has been the exclusive hair salon for the Chicago Bulls dance team, the Luvabulls.

Compensation:
Hourly + tips, retail sales incentives

Job responsibilities:

• Must be in-school or licensed 

• Arrive 15-mins before first client to check-in with Manager and team

• Maintain positive, respectful, clear communication (verbal and non-verbal)

• Greet clients (phone or on-site), take messages for Owner and Manager

• Prepare Clients including by shampooing, conditioning, deep conditioning, brushing, blowdrying under supervision of Owner

• Support Stylists with salon clean-up and maintenance

• Begin product knowledge (salon training program and self-instruction), assist retail sales

• Assist with salon marketing

• Participate in advanced education classes (at Marquin Salon and external)
